Loremas Travel Services Limited ('we', 'us', 'our', 'Loremas') is a travel and accommodation booking agency registered in England and Wales under company number 17359556. We act as an agent between you (the customer) and accommodation providers, bed banks, and where applicable, host travel agencies.

For flight-inclusive arrangements, bookings are made through ATOL-licensed host agencies. In such cases, the ATOL certificate will be issued by our host agency partner and their terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of services from Loremas Travel Services Limited. By making a booking or enquiry, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years of age; you have the authority to enter into a legally binding contract; all information you provide is accurate and complete; and you accept these Terms on behalf of all members of your travel party.

Loremas Travel Services Limited acts as a booking agent. This means: for accommodation bookings, we act as an agent for hotels, bed banks and accommodation providers — the contract for your accommodation is between you and the accommodation provider; for flight-inclusive packages, we act as an agent for our ATOL-licensed host agency partner and their booking conditions will apply.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of accommodation providers, airlines or other third-party service providers, except where we have been negligent.

IMPORTANT: As an accommodation booking agent, we are not an ATOL holder. For flight-inclusive bookings arranged through our host agency partners, financial protection is provided under the host agency's ATOL licence.

4.1 Making a Booking — A booking is confirmed when we have received your booking request and required personal details, full payment has been received, and you have received a written booking confirmation by email.

4.2 Booking Confirmation — Please check all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.

4.3 Accuracy of Information — You are responsible for ensuring all personal details provided are accurate. Any costs arising from incorrect information will be your responsibility.

5.1 Pricing — All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed.

5.2 Payment — Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

5.3 Currency — Where prices are quoted in other currencies, the final GBP amount may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

6.1 Cancellation by You — Many accommodation bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

6.2 Amendments by You — Amendment requests are subject to availability. Amendment fees may apply. All requests must be made in writing.

6.3 Cancellation by Us — We reserve the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances including payment failure or Force Majeure. We will offer an alternative booking or full refund.

As a customer, you are responsible for: ensuring a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity; obtaining required visas; checking health requirements; arranging adequate travel insurance; and complying with accommodation provider rules. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings. Check entry requirements at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

8.1 Nature of Service — We offer visa application assistance as an information and administrative service to non-UK residents, including guidance on requirements, documentation, form completion, and appointment scheduling.

8.2 Important Limitations — We provide visa assistance as an information service only. We are not immigration lawyers. We do not provide immigration legal advice. We do not guarantee visa approval. The decision rests solely with the relevant embassy or authority. We accept no liability for visa refusals or related costs.

8.3 Your Responsibilities — You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, submitting applications within required timeframes, paying visa fees directly to the authority, and verifying requirements independently.

8.4 No Guarantee of Outcome — We strongly recommend not making non-refundable travel bookings until your visa has been approved.

Report any problems during your stay immediately to the accommodation provider and contact us at [email protected]. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of return. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 28 days.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for acts of accommodation providers or third-party suppliers. We accept no liability for visa refusals. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, or travel restrictions.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.loremas.com/privacy and UK GDPR.

All content on www.loremas.com is owned by Loremas Travel Services Limited. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severable and shall not affect the remaining Terms.
